About Sessions & Drop / Refund Policy

Your attendance helps this site continue offering performance opportunities to the community. Jen runs this site alone and is not funded or financially supported by any third party (school, theater, ads, etc).

Drop Policy

Life happens, and I want to offer as much flexibility as possible and keep class costs reasonable for the community and sustainable so we can continue to offer improv online. You can drop a class with a full refund up to 10 days in advance of the class start time.

After that time you can transfer your spot to another improviser at no cost right to the time the class starts, but Flat Improv is not able to provide a refund within 10 days of the start time of the session.

This policy supports and respects the time of the improvisers who have signed up for the class: this way, if necessary, we can notify and cancel the class about a week in advance so everyone can update their plans.
